This policy describes how Cisar Hotel (Horodotska St, 65, Lviv; “we”) processes personal data of website visitors.
What data we collect
Through the forms on our website, we only receive the data you enter yourself: name, phone number, e-mail, check-in/check-out dates, room type and comments. The website also uses anonymized visit analytics (see below).
Why we use this data
Solely to process your booking request and to contact you about your stay. We do not share your data with third parties and do not use it for mailing lists without your separate consent (the newsletter subscription is a separate, optional form).
Storage and protection
Requests are sent to the hotel’s official e-mail and to the administrator’s official messenger. Only hotel staff have access to them. Data is stored no longer than necessary to process the request and to comply with the requirements of Ukrainian law.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use analytics services (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), which collect anonymized information about visits (pages viewed, time spent, device type). This data does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
