By booking a room on the Cisar Hotel website, you agree to the terms below.
Booking
A request submitted through the website form is not a guaranteed booking: our administrator confirms room availability by phone or e-mail within 30 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM–9:00 PM). A booking is considered confirmed only after the administrator’s reply.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2:00 PM, check-out until 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Payment
Current payment methods and terms (cash/card on site, prepayment for certain dates) are confirmed by the administrator when your booking is confirmed.
Cancellations and changes
If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible by phone at +38 (098) 114 60 92 — cancellation terms depend on the date, season and rate, and are communicated when your booking is confirmed.
